Family Focused Recovery: Outpatient & Community-Based Services

Volunteers of America Southeast Louisiana will soon launch a new program. The Family Focused Recovery program is open to all pregnant and parenting womxn who use substances and live in the 9-parish region of southeast Louisiana.

Family Focused Services Include:

• Outreach, education, and harm reduction in the community
• Clinical assessment (mental health and substance use) and person-centered care planning
• Therapy services
• Family focused peer support services:
• Assessment of family needs
• Care coordination
• Long-term peer support services focusing on recovery and parenting support
