The Stepping Stones program focuses on improving care and treatment coordination that is focused on Black/African American Women with HIV.

This program runs in conjunction with 12 other sites across the nation and is involved in a Cross-Site Evaluation to determine better and better practices and methods to improve healthcare and treatment coordination for Black/African American Women living with HIV. This program will serve 115 Black/African American Women living with HIV over 3 years.
