RRC Dentention Facilities Service Barriers Form

VOASELA RRC Detention Facilities Barriers Survey

VOASELA RRC is writing to respectfully request your organization’s participation in a brief survey regarding gaps and barriers that your correctional or detention facilities may encounter in providing services for the justice-focused offenders. This survey aims to provide services within correctional and detention facilities with a goal of strengthening the community by improving reentry outcomes for individuals who have been incarcerated and reducing recidivism through the development of comprehensive case management plans that directly address criminogenic risk and needs, deliver services in a manner consistent with participants’ learning styles and abilities, and demonstrate collaborations between correctional and detention institutions, community supervision, law enforcement, and other local reentry stakeholders. Your insights and perspectives are invaluable to this initiative, and I believe your organization’s experience/expertise in in providing services for justice focus offenders will be highly beneficial. The surveys should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and is designed to be used as outcome to design services for justice focus offenders within the correctional and detention facilities in Louisiana parishes. Please feel free to share the attached questions with relevant staff members within your organization. We appreciate your time and consideration.
